Our passion for honoring natural foods and their flavors... is what we can’t wait to share with you.  Each of our delicate creations is handcrafted using rich butter, natural ingredients and the quality of local, farm-to-table freshness.


Chefs Sean and Nicole Austin met following their dreams at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Nicole was studying baking and pastry while Sean pursued his passion for the culinary arts and wine.


Nicole's predilection for European cuisine drew her to Italy where she further enriched her culinary education. While at the CIA she was lucky to live above and assist in teaching classes with world renowned sugar artist, Betty Van Norstrand - teacher of Ron Ben Israel, Buddy, Colette Peters and many more.


Sean quickly excelled in wines and began working as an assistant wine maker for Millbrook Winery which was acclaimed by The New York Times as "The Hudson Valley's flagship winery."


As the two apprentice chefs were falling in love with their art and each other, their dreams became one and they were married in 2003.  They spent most of their time developing business concepts, catering and honing recipes with respect for the ingredients within.  Every aspect of their work is filled with love and simply put...

to fruition among our friends - the farmers and fellow artisans at Central Market

 - in the flourishing downtown district of York.
